Sewing Technician Training is hands-on instruction built around the operations a plant actually runs, not a generic curriculum. A technician learns how a station is meant to run from the group that decided how it runs.
The goal is to keep uptime in house: a trained technician clears the small faults and does the routine maintenance that would otherwise wait on a service call, which is often the difference between a short stop and a long one. Training sits alongside technical manuals, the AACare service program, and after-hours phone support, so a plant has a path for a question at every level, from a jam to a rebuild.
